Ingredients

  • 1 medium rabbit, diced into pieces
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
