Ingredients:

  • 5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
