Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the butter and let it melt and start to foam.
