Sheep Cheese Triangles Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound sheep cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix the sheep cheese, parsley, mint, dill, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt until well combined.
- Unfold the phyllo dough and cover with a damp towel to prevent it from drying out.
