Sheep Cheese Triangles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sheep cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the sheep cheese, parsley, mint, dill, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt until well combined.
  3. Unfold the phyllo dough and cover with a damp towel to prevent it from drying out.
  4. Take one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter. Layer 3-4 more sheets of phyllo dough on top, brushing each layer with butter.
