Shrimp Omelet Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Add the shrimp, onion, red and green bell pepper, salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Mix well.

  5. Using a spatula, lift the edge of the omelet and fold it in half.
  6. Cook for another minute or until the eggs are fully cooked.
