Shrimp Puff Pastry

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry according to the package instructions.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 3 inch squares and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and set aside.
