Simple Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta (penne, fusilli or rotini)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (chopped)
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup black olives (halved)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and rinse pasta with cold water to stop cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese and Italian dressing.
- Toss well to combine all the ingredients and coat with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
