Simple Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta (penne, fusilli or rotini)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup black olives (halved)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse pasta with cold water to stop cooking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese and Italian dressing.
  4. Toss well to combine all the ingredients and coat with the dressing.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
