Snails in Spicy Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of cooked snails
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the chopped red and green bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  6. Add the paprika, chili powder, and cayenne pepper and stir well.
  7. Add the canned snails and stir well.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
