Soft Marbled Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the sugar and butter until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.

- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
