Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spelled flour
  • 1 tsp. dry active yeast
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Slowly pour in the warm water and 1 tbsp. of the olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
