Spiced Plum Jam Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds firm ripe plums, pitted and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions:
