Spinach Pumpkin Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a 9-inch pie dish with the pre-made pie crust and set aside.
