Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe for Aperitif

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, onion, melted butter, olive oil, salt and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fill the mushroom caps with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
