Ingredients
- 12 Large Paris mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and clean them with a damp cloth.
