Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Assorted summer fruits (such as strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, peaches, and raspberries)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Unroll puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and cut into 4 equal pieces.
