Super Easy Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef stew meat, diced into small pieces
- 3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons flour (optional for thickening)
Instructions:
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat for a few minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Add the onions and garlic to the pot and sauté for a few minutes until they are softened and lightly browned.
