Surimi Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package of surimi (imitation crab meat)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Remove surimi from package and chop into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped surimi, celery, red onion, red pepper, cucumber and parsley to the mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
