Surimi Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of surimi (imitation crab meat)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Remove surimi from package and chop into small pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped surimi, celery, red onion, red pepper, cucumber and parsley to the mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
