Sweet Potato Gratin Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

- Remove the foil, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the sweet potatoes.
- Bake uncovered for another 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
