Sweet Spice Pumpkin Jam Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. pumpkin, peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, combine the pumpkin, sugar, and brown sugar. Stir well and let sit for about an hour until the pumpkin releases its juices.
  2. Add the cinnamon stick, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves to the pot. Stir well.
  3. Heat the pot over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil.
