Tangerine Syrup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed tangerine juice
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tsp of cornstarch
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, mix the tangerine juice, sugar, and water over medium heat.
- Stir occasionally until the sugar has dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water and stir to form a smooth paste.
- Add the cornstarch mix to the tangerine mixture and continue to stir until the syrup thickens to the desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely before serving.
