Tartar Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, pickles, capers, shallot, parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Enjoy Tartar Sauce with fried fish, shrimp or crab cakes as a dipping sauce. You can also use it as a condiment on sandwiches or burgers.
