Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz or 397 g)
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (12 oz or 354 mL)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate (7 oz or 200 g), chopped into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a medium-sized flan pan.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and chopped dark chocolate over medium heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
