Three Pepper & Chorizo ​​Tart Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chorizo sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).

  8. Brush the beaten egg over the edges of the pastry to create a golden brown crust.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
