Tomato Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized carrots, peeled and cut into thin rounds
  • 2 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
