Traditional Potato Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of grated Gruyere cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
