Tuna Crepe Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 1/4 cup of diced celery
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Drain the tuna and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until it forms a smooth batter.
  3. Melt the butter in a medium frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Sauté the onion and celery for 4-5 minutes until they become translucent.
  5. Add the canned tuna to the pan and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
