Turmeric Roasted Chickpeas


TURMERIC ROASTED CHICKPEAS

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15.5 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Pat the chickpeas dry between two paper towels to remove excess moisture.
