Vanilla Yogurt Muffin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with non-stick cooking spray.
