Vege Delight Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons of hummus
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
