Viennese Chocolate Treat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 120g unsalted butter, softened
  • 120g caster sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150g ground almonds
  • 50g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100ml milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas mark 4. Grease a baking tin with butter and line with greaseproof paper.

  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is firm and a skewer comes out clean.
