Watermelon Granita Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 small watermelon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Directions:

  1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh from both sides with a spoon. Remove all the seeds and discard them.
  2. Place the watermelon flesh in a blender and blend until smooth.
