White Chocolate Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 8 oz white chocolate chips
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
- Melt the butter and white chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until fully melted.
- Take the pan off the heat, and sift flour, baking powder and salt into the melted mixture. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Add the egg mixture into the saucepan with melted mixture and stir until everything is fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the top of the brownies start to turn golden brown. You can test the brownies with a toothpick to make sure they are cooked throughout.
- Let the brownies cool for 10-15 minutes, then lift the brownies out of the baking dish with the parchment paper and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut the brownies into equal pieces and serve.
