White Grape Semifreddo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white grapes, seeded
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions:

  1. Puree the grapes in a blender or food processor
  2. Add the sugar and blend until smooth
