Wholemeal Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of wholemeal flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the wholemeal flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vegetable oil.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
