Wild Boar Pâté Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of wild boar meat
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tbsp of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 4 oz of bacon, chopped

Instructions:
- In a large skillet, add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add the wild boar to the same skillet and cook until browned on all sides. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and onions and cook until the onions are soft and translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the red wine, chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the liquid has reduced by half.
- Add the wild boar and bacon to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
