Zucchini and Bacon Velouté Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 4 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large saucepan, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
