Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  5. Dip zucchini slices in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally, in the breadcrumb mixture.
