Ingredients

  • 4 zucchinis, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
