Zucchini Fries: Gourmet Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large zucchinis
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the zucchini into thin strips, approximately 1/4 inch wide and 3 inches long.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together until evenly combined.
- Dip each zucchini strip into the beaten eggs, then generously coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place each coated zucchini strip onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
