Zucchini Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 premade pie crust
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk or heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the premade pie crust onto a pie dish and crimp the edges. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
