Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 100g of cooked ham
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchinis and slice them into thin rounds. Set aside.
