Almond Sponge Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Grease a 9-inch (23cm) springform cake pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until pale and frothy.

- After 10 minutes remove it from the tin and let it cool completely.
