  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 slices prosciutto

  4. Using the plastic wrap, carefully roll the prosciutto up and around the goat cheese log, tightly sealing it in. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure.
  5. Refrigerate the roll for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set and the flavors to meld.
  6. To serve, remove the plastic wrap and slice the chilled aperitif roll into rounds.
