Apple Roast Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds pork loin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 large apples, sliced
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
