Apple, Stilton and Chestnut Honey Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 100g Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp chestnut honey
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the thinly sliced apples over the pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled Stilton cheese over the apples.
  5. Drizzle the chestnut honey over the cheese.
  6. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
