Apple, Stilton and Chestnut Honey Tart
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 100g Stilton cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp chestnut honey
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange the thinly sliced apples over the pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the crumbled Stilton cheese over the apples.
- Drizzle the chestnut honey over the cheese.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
