Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
