Banana, Raspberry, Cocoa Nibs and Cinnamon Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of frozen acai puree (100g)
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa nibs
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Run the pack of frozen acai puree under warm water for 5-10 seconds to soften it.
  2. In a blender, blend the acai puree, banana, raspberries, cocoa nibs, ground cinnamon, almond milk and honey (optional) until smooth.
