Basque-Style Mackerel Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 mackerel fillets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the onion and bell peppers into thin slices and mince the garlic cloves.
