Bavarian Lobster with Shellfish Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds live lobster
- 1 1/2 cups white wine
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
