Bellini – Regal
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 bottle chilled Prosecco
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender, puree the peaches until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool.
